After 4 years of development, ARTPhot technology is ready for commercialization. The system will be unveiled at Xplor-2017, the AEMQ annual congress, in live display at our booth #312-314.
ARTPhot is an optical reconnaissance technique for automated counting of gold grains in heavy minerals. Built around a motorized numerical microscope Zeiss Axiozoom, with full interoperability with our SEM, the technique enables detecting gold particles down to less than 10 microns in size, to measure and composite them into a photo mosaic, at lesser cost than conventional visual sorting, in a reproducible manner and without error. Implementation of the technique will allows faster turnaround for clients and a short-term three-fold increase in our throughput capacity.
Associated with our fluidized bed technology for gold grain recovery, till processing has been thoroughly re-invented.
