Faithful to our vision, we will be sharing once more the results of our scientific approach to mineral exploration, with some new pragmatic solutions to the industry!

Invited speakers at Forum technologique du Consorem, June 1st in Val-d'Or, we will present two talks on hot issues for the gold and the strategic mineral industries. And take for granted that we will challenge conventions... Talks will be given in french.

1: Challenges related to graphite deposits in Québec: Geometallurgical and geoenvironnementals solutions.

Presented by Denys Vermette at 9:55 am, this talk, built on our experience gained in advanced graphite project development, review some of the issues related to mining this commodity, and how we are solving these issues. Among other, we will discuss solution on acid generating tailing management as well as how to evaluate the value of graphite flakes at the scale of mining blocks.

2: Gold grain size distribution, assaying and probabilities: A fresh look at the nugget effect!

After addressing numerous problems related to nuggety gold submitted by clients, Réjean Girard will talk at 1:30 pm about how to quantify and tame this problem in advanced exploration program. He brings a leap forward into comprehension of the problem, as well as paradigm changing solutions.
